<p>Exceptional Realtor, We recommend Aarav if you are planning to buy a house since we had the best experience of all time, We signed a Contract (Built from the lot) in June 2022 when the market was High, and when it was completed in March 2023 market changed and Aarav reduced 110,000$ from our contract price. But Aarav suggested switching to a different house because it was priced lower and had more sqft and we bought that house when I said it looked simple, but the effort Aarav took to switch us from a 720k house to a 550k house with over 600 sqft more was exceptional and don't think many will even try for it. Aarav gave a great interest rate which is around 1.25% lower than what others provided us. </p>

To praise Aarav, there are no words, Aarav's effort in selling our house is very remarkable, its very very easy to work with him, We wanted to move to India in a month and a half, and had to make a very solid decision about who I trust as my realtor to sell my house. I got Aarav's number from a friend, I did Call him just to have a brief conversation, But the things Aarav told me in our conversation about the value of the house, how to list it, and how to stage it impressed me a lot. Aarav instantly told me the best price to sell the house and asked me to do an appraisal, To my surprise, the appraisal came very close to what Aarav told me. He conducted an open house, and almost 70 people turned in, within 1 week almost 12 offers came in, Aarav and I picked an offer that had the best potential to close without any issue and we closed in 20 days.

We had an excellent experience with Aarav, At first, I signed up for a house, but later we changed our plan since there was an issue with Vastu and we didn't want to move forward, we paid 10k earnest money and when I asked the sales rep, they said its non-refundable. We were in a very bad stage, losing 10k is not an easy thing for us, when I talked about this with Aarav, He said not to worry he will get back, I had zero hope on Aarav's word until he sent the tracking info of my earnest money check. That feeling was amazing.
